How far in advance do I need to book my entertainment?

This is probably the most popular question we get.  It may also be the most difficult to answer.  The reason it is difficult to answer is because some dates get booked solid months in advance, and some dates are practically empty until the last minute.  Your best bet is to be as flexible as possible.  Have a date in mind, but if the entertainer you want is unavailable, have a back-up date ready.  DON'T send invitations until you have solidified your entertainer or you may be left high and dry.

In this industry, often times the best entertainers get booked months in advance.  More popular dates can get booked solid at least 6-8 weeks in advance.  If you have your heart set on a particular entertainer or date, you can fill out our INQUIRY form or see if our web party assistant is online to check availability immediately. What if I waited until the last minute and need an entertainer THIS WEEK?

With all that said, occasionally we have cancellations or slow dates.  It never hurts to just ask about availability, even last minute. You may be surprised.
