Why hire our event coordinator?


Our event coordinators are extremely competent people who are experienced in making sure things are running smoothly for you on the day of your event. From the music that the DJ will play, to making sure the face painter is set up on time and that the airbrush artist has access to electricity.  Whatever the details of your event, hiring our coordinator saves you time and energy on your event date.

Hiring a coordinator makes you feel like a guest at your own party, without having to worry about how things are running. (Priceless!)

The bottom line is that a party coordinator is an invaluable resource that will save you heartache and stress on the day of your event.  The peace of mind that our event coordinator can bring is the reason most people decide to invest in an event coordinator.

How does it work?

After you decide you want a coordinator and you reserve one with us, here is what will follow:

First you would have a preliminary discussion on the phone with your coordinator to discuss the event as a whole and your ideal vision for the event.  This is the time to ask any planning related questions such as: "What time should I start the magician?" or "Do you think 2 hours will be enough time for the airbrush artist to finish all of my guests?".  Then your coordinator will e-mail you requesting any information that she needs to perform her duties in a complete and professional manner on the day of your event.  After she receives this information, she will set up a meeting with you to go over everything.  This meeting usually takes place at the venue where your party will be held.  She will do a thorough site check with you and make sure everything is in order for the event.

 

Along the way, you can feel free to ask your coordinator anything you want regarding the planning process.  They will help to steer you in the right direction and guide you in any area you may need help in.

 

When the event date arrives, she will arrive at least an hour prior to your party, stay the duration and 1 hour after it ends to make sure everything runs smoothly. She will communicate with any other vendors you have hired and help to make sure your event is a success.

For a children's birthday party: $450

Want your coordinator to style your party too? Add $150.

For a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Corporate function, Holiday party or formal occasion: $750.
