Plaster Painting

We can bring the plaster painting studio experience right to your child's classroom, camp, or birthday party! This is great for kids 6 and up! (If you have some 4 or 5 year olds, that is fine as long as a parent assists.)

Plaster is similar to ceramics, but does not require firing for finishing. We spray each and every painted piece with a high-gloss enamel that both protects and finishes the piece (makes it really shiny!). Children have a piece that they can take home that day.

Our talented team will bring all of the supplies needed to complete a plaster work of art. We come to your event or party with an assortment of unfinished plaster pieces, paint brushes, color palettes, water buckets and clean up supplies.

What every party gets:

Children get to choose a fun paint project which they will get to paint using a brush and unlimited paints. Additional pieces are available at a cost of $5 each. The amount of attendants for each party is based on the size of the event. Most parties supply their own tables & chairs, but for an additional fee we can bring them for you.

Prices:

Minimum $180 for up to 15 kids.

$12. per child for additional kids

Due to the rising cost of gas, there is a $20 travel fee for parties or events in Miami-Dade or Palm Beach Counties.

Q: What is the minimum amount of children I can book for plaster crafts?

A: Our minimum for plaster crafts is 15 children, however, if you have 10 children and want us to come to your party we will at the minimum 15 child price.

Q: How long does a party last?

A: Parties typically last between 1 and 2 hours depending on the amount of children.

Q: Are the paints child safe?

A: We do use child safe paints, but we treat them with the same respect we would if they weren't. That means never putting paint in the mouth.

Q: Does the paint stain clothes?

A: Unfortunately, we haven't found any paint that guarantee's "no stain". Most colors do come out when properly prepared for wash, however certain colors will not. We suggest children wear an old t-shirt when painting.

Q: How long does it take for the pieces to dry once painted and sprayed with enamel?

A: Once your child paints their piece and we spray it, it takes approximately 10 minutes to dry. If more paint was used on the piece it make take a little longer.
