StorYoga™

What is StorYoga™????

StorYoga™ integrates yoga postures into original stories creating a truly interactive journey of the imagination. Movement, music, magical effects, and a little bit of mischief merge with the traditions of storytelling and yoga in a unique and innovative way. StorYoga™ is a 45 minute adventure geared specifically to the age and composition of each audience.

A student of yoga for more than 20 years, I am a certified yoga instructor in the Sivananda style of Hatha yoga. I have taught yoga at The Yoga Warehouse, St. Mark's Episcopal School and Broward College (Young People's Summer College) as well as numerous corporate locations.

StorYoga™ has been presented at libraries, schools, daycare centers and other children friendly venues.

SPECIAL NOTE: This program is not available on the weekends. She is only available Monday - Friday.    

PRICING:
 45 minute Storyoga show: $395.

Due to the rising cost of gas, there is a $25 travel fee for events in Miami-Dade or Palm Beach counties.
